Christine's Story - Transport
Christine's journey by bus to her weekly therapy appointment some distance from her home was becoming more difficult due to her mobility issues and causing more difficult due to her mobility issues and causing her great distress. She began using DABD's door to door transport service and it has made a real difference to her life.

John's Story - Personal Care
John had his own flat for a number of years but he didn't go out much, and even though he had carers supporting him every day, he felt that they didn't do the best job for him and he was isolated.
Three years ago John moved to accommodation at Lodge Avenue where DABD's carers now support him with all of his personal care needs and his shopping.John is now very active socially and often goes out with the support of one of his carers.
